To be awake and aware is a natural ability we all have. Just like we have a body, just like we are breathing and just like we all have a heart. The purpose of this book is to give you and your family a set of easy tools based on mindfulness.

These exercises are designed to be easy to use with kids.  We have used the exercises with children from 7-10 years and they love doing them just as they love when we as parents take the time to be fully aware and do a couple of exercises, when we get up in the morning or before bedtime. We want to help you and your family slow down and find more energy and vitality in your daily life.
